SLAM DUNK 2027 DATES
Slam Dunk Festival 2027 is expected to take place in late May during the UK bank holiday weekend, spanning across its two staple outdoor locations: Temple Newsam Park in Leeds (North) and Hatfield Park in Hatfield (South). WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE?
Tickets are yet to go on sale for Slam Dunks 2027 edition, but we can expect the tickets to go on sale in the fall of 2026.
Tickets for Slam Dunk are usually in the region of £100-£120 for a single day and will go on sale once the initial lineup has been released. The announcement date varies from year to year, but what we do know is that the lineup will be filled with the biggest and best pop-punk, metal and alternative acts on the scene.

Slam Dunk Festival delivers one of the most energetic atmospheres in the UK festival calendar. Unlike many multi-day camping festivals, Slam Dunk is a single-day event that takes place over two sites (South Saturday and North Sunday, making it perfect for fans who want a packed day of live music without needing to stay on-site.
Across multiple stages, you’ll find everything from pop punk and emo to hardcore, metalcore and alternative rock, with a mix of international headliners, returning favourites and exciting new artists. The festival is known for keeping clashes to a minimum where possible, allowing fans to catch plenty of bands throughout the day.
Away from the music, festivalgoers can expect a wide selection of street food, bars, merchandise stalls and brand collaborations, alongside plenty of places to relax between sets. Official band merchandise is available inside a tent on site, with many artists bringing exclusive festival designs.

Tips for First-Time Visitors
If it’s your first Slam Dunk Festival, arriving early is the best way to make the most of the day. Entry queues are usually busiest shortly after the gates open, and getting in early gives you time to explore the site before the stages become busy.
It’s also worth downloading the official app, which provides a map and a timetable once it’s released, so you can plan your day around any clashes. Popular headline performances can become extremely busy, so arriving at the main stage a little earlier is recommended if you want a good viewing spot.
Finally, keep some budget aside for food, drinks and merchandise. Many fans take home exclusive festival items that aren’t available anywhere else, making them great souvenirs from the weekend.
